Saam Alikhani is an Ivy League, Stanford educated attorney with a relentless commitment towards bringing justice for accident victims. Mr. Alikhani’s lifelong commitment in advocating for accident victims began at an early age, when he and his mother were involved in a serious Motor Vehicle Accident [Link], and taken advantage of by the insurance company.

As the Principal Attorney, Mr. Alikhani is personally involved in every step of the way for his clients, from initial consultations to ensuring that medical and financial needs are met and maximizing recovery from liable parties.

Mr. Alikhani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, where he was Summa Cum Laude, an honor only bestowed on the top 1% of the graduating class, as well as a Phi Beta Kappa honors scholar. Mr. Alikhani then received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. At the Ivy League law school, Mr. Alikhani was a Distinguished Editor for the Journal of Business Law, and led a pro bono effort to assist in the education of underserved high school students in the community. Mr. Alikhani also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University, where he focused on the intersection of law and business.

Mr. Alikhani has held senior positions at multiple private equity firms, where he focused on complex legal transactional issues. Additionally, Mr. Alikhani was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, the world’s top consulting firm, where he specialized in federal regulatory issues for Fortune 500 insurance companies and banks. Mr. Alikhani previously held positions at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, a top 10 law firm in the Country, Marriott International, and Oakley, Inc.

As a first generation Iranian, Mr. Alikhani is fluent in Farsi and ingrained in the local Persian community. He also has a deep-rooted passion in serving his local community. Mr. Alikhani was the youngest school board candidate in California state history in 2010, and Director of an education-focused Political Action Committee. He also founded a career mentorship program at his alma mater, the University of California, Irvine, and was an adjunct professor at Columbia University, an Ivy League institution.

Mr. Alikhani is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts. He is an avid outdoorsman and workout enthusiast, previously a competitive powerlifter participating in the California state championships.
